Maybe its just me, but Starwood seems to be the slowest web site. It has the program rules and online account information, but so do other programs like Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. It also lacks an online booking bonus. I think that Hilton is the only hotel site with an online booking bonus. But Hilton online reservation seems to be down for extended periods of time. Since the Hilton web reservation was down over several days, I called Hilton's 800 web hotline number to make the reservation, and they said that I should get the online booking bonus.
