Lufthansa has a discounted P class business fare. I recently took a trip using AC metal for part of the trip, for which I received mileage credit, and LH metal for part of the trip which was not credited.

When I enquired, I was told that P class is a highly discounted economy fare and would not be eligible for mileage

Upon further checking the agent informed me that in fact as of Sept 2012, P on LH would be eligible but not for flights in July!
