As of now, the risk is zero. Because zero out of x million flights have been impacted. You can say theoretically that there is always "some" risk, but factually, as of now, there is none. Once a single flight has been impacted by this, we can calculate the actual risk. Given this, even considering the "theoretical" risk, it is amazingly small. Much smaller, for example, than allowing alcholol to be served on board, in my personal opinion.
Just because it hasn't happened does not mean the risk is zero. Tonight Usain Bolt races in the 200m final in his olympics he has never been beaten by Blake in an olympic final. Does that mean there is no risk of that happening this evening? No athletic commentator would agree with that statement. Yet that is what you are arguing.

Have you even looked at the CAA's report demonstrating the tests? I'd take their word over your 'evidence' which is based on nothing other than speculation.
