I don't believe the lounge staff are Hyatt employees, they are contractors with a high turn over rate. GHNY used to have dedicated lounge staff and one day (a few years back) they were ALL let go and replaced by the contracted staff. That was a dark day at the GHNY lounge as I knew many of the staff, some over half a decade. My children grew up with some of them and we all missed them

So don't expect to see Miss vacation there the next time you visit the lounge.
