Has anyone seen the fare class link in blue disappear after requesting an upgrade award?

Called in yesterday to request using miles/copay on NRT-BKK-NRT portion of a ex-US itin. Miles deducted right away, pending transaction is on the credit card, and waitlisted segments in C are showing on the website, under all of the confirmed segments. So everything seems like its normal.

Only thing is, that now I notice the fare class link is gone. It still says fare class in black text, and lists it for each segment, but can't click to see fare classes available. Given that I know there are quite a few reports of upgrades not clearing into R when it becomes available, its really a lot more convenient than having to do a dummy search. Anyone know what might be going on here (and could this indicate a possible problem with the res)?
