So I've been playing with the tool for a few weeks now and I'm still facing the same issue.

I'll give an actual example so maybe KVS can replicate and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Method = ATP / Fares

DXB - SIN
7 Mar 2013
R/T
All Airlines
Currency GBP

This shows a QR flight, for 165 GBP, booking in Fare Class V (I think??)

Switch to the availability tab, method Galileo

DXB - SIN
All Airlines
Class = V

Brings up the QR flight (QR115) and tells me that the routing is DXB - DOH - SIN
Tells me that availability in V is 9

Back to Fares tab, right click on the QR flight and find fares and the Matrix search always comes back with no fares.

Now I've done this a few dozen times with different airlines, dates, routes, etc and always no fares found.

What am I doing wrong please?
