I just got my Amex Plat Delta Skymiles card. Let's say I were to book an international flight with expedia on an unrelated credit card and one of the connections just happened to be a delta flight. At the beginning of my trip can I just show my Amex Plat Delta card to the gate agent and get my free checked bag that way?
