I think I will have to give up and look elsewhere. Emailed the hotel and rollaways are not allowed in the Cityrooms and the Terrace one bedroom only has king bed so even with someone sleeping on the lounge there is still not 3 beds.
Pity as I found a really good rate ($109 for a city room) that with a LNF would make a cheap room :-)
They do have a terrace one bedroom with a sleeper sofa. One person could also sleep on the balcony on the chaise lounge. Trust me, it has been done man times, at least by my friends!
Try to terrace studio with 2 queen beds...the 3rd person can sleep on the couch. 3 actual beds in a room, unless you get a penthouse suite or something huge, is rare for casino hotels in Vegas.
