I send it in via SMS from my phone. I get a message back telling me sorry, but that code has already been used. My question is: could they be to the point where their random character generator is duplicating codes? I found the whole thing odd.
I have received this error several times on the full website, my total points balance went up appropriately on the occasions I was watching. Perhaps the same happened to you? I am impressed that the codes continue 5 years into the program.
