Ativan has been my go to on long flights the last few years. It usually knocks me out just fine. Like you mentioned about the post flight memory loss or overall haze. It is such a powerful drug that there are many side effects of ativan that come along with consuming it. I would advise any flyer who is considering Ativan as a sleep aid option to think twice.
