It's possible, but they have staff checking key cards by the elevators at night and you need your key card to access the pool, etc.
Not impossible, I'm sure, but could get old pretty quickly.
It's really easy after the check-in to go back to the front desk and tell them that you locked out yourself and get an extra key (on top of the 2 given at initial check-in)
