You have it reversed... pre merger you could not use SWU's on flights on UA metal that had been booked as a code share except at the airport on the day of the flight. Now post merger you can use them no problem..doesn't matter if the UA flight is booked as a code share or not. There are no processing issues.. go online and apply the GPU as normal, or call reservations. This is one ^ for SHARES. The old Apollo couldn't handle it.
