Funny, I have the same issue with my T Tech garment bag. The coating on the hook cracked after the first or second use - I thought I caused it so didn't think twice. Maybe I should bring it in to my local store.

Separately - does anyone know how to get a hold of replacement shoulder straps for Tumi briefcases? Also, any ideas on cost? I have two (a T3 and classic style, whatever that is) that both need to be replaced.
