I had checked in around 22h after having gotten back from a wedding. Front desk was swamped w/ Philippine Airlines employees, and the wait time was in excess of 10 minutes on the SPG queue w/ 5 or so people behind me. I wasn't about to hold them up for a 2-for-1 beer token. As for filing a complaint w/ Corporate Customer Service, I am not sure what that would have accomplished. I'm more interested in this property becoming cleaner (as noted in the property thread), and handing me a correct bill (this time they charged me 1-for-2 on parking).
In short, knowing that you lurkers are monitoring, I feel that posting report for lack of a token on this thread would eventually lead to a gentle reminder from SPG to participate.
