The HH Belmont wasn't at all dirty the 3-4 times we stayed there. The food was good one night (Wednesday) but just edible the other night (Tuesday, pizza night).

The HH Santa Clara was similar in most respects, except it seems a bit older, our room didn't have an oven, parking is less convenient, and breakfast was insanely busy. But it's much better for anyone who doesn't have a car or wants to be further south.

I like them both.
