Err.. yeah.. 1016, not 016. Those are the old UA e-certs, which discount the fare ("Type A" vouchers, as UA used to call them).
The new/CO-style "ETC"s which is what the OP seems to have don't discount the fare, but act as payment ("Type B" vouchers, as UA used to call them). The full ticket price will show on the receipt.
