Hi Kmcbrid2, me and my wife (I'm the husband :-) have our seats, and our 3.5 year old has his seat. Our 1.5 year old will be a lap toddler. The plane will be 3x3x3 seat configuration, so if we take the bulkhead seats, we would take up the whole middle row. I've already asked Air Canada about the bassinet but they said they would only allow babies up to 6 mos. old to use the bassinet. Any child older cannot use the bassinet due to safety concerns (infant might be able to sit up or flip over).
I do understand and agree with your suggestion of getting a regular window rows with seats in front, to "contain" the kids within our row. Our current seat assignments are as such so I guess that's what we will go with for now.
Thanks for your suggestions!
