Does this apply if the ticket is on DL stock (#006 ticket number) and the KL flight is a DL codeshare? What if the ticket is on DL stock but the KL flight is not a codeshare? I must admit that my knowledge of of the KL process is lacking considering the number of times I have flown DL codeshare flights operated by KL.
