Best way to give united feedback?
Hi. Just had an interesting experience with the overseas call center. In the space of about an hour I was on hold for 50 minutes. I had a simple question about my reservation and specifically asked for no changes to be made. In the end the agent managed to cancel my reservation and re-book it. No charge to me but a lot of time wasted. Ive tried filling out the online feedback form but it didnt go through. Im thinking a good old fashion letter would be best. Suggestions and mailing address appreciated. Cheers.
