I have not noticed that there's any way to cancel checkin online other than to make a change to your flight which would then automatically un-check you in for the old flight. Why do you need to do it? In the PMUA world there was a use for that feature...if an upgrade cleared after you checked in you'd need to do that to get an F class BP. But that doesn't appear to be an issue now.
