Because unlike Korea it doesnt fit anywhere else.
Personally its a 50/50, not sure if its needed. I think the level should be lower for miles/points programs than for FT subset as countries.
Like I find it absolutely hilarious that we dont have CA forum or even airlines of China (probably my next proposal unless someone are more triggerhappy
) when Korea is about to be one
