I wouldn't worry as those serving you in the CCR are likely to be as stumped by the 'proper' pronunciation as the rest of us!
I really wouldn't worry about it, as long as they understand which wine it is your're after that's all that really matters. Who cares what some snob thinks if you mispronounce the name of a particular wine.
