Its 2012 but Tumi Still has not fixed the problem with the hook
Hi,
I just bought a Tumi Garment bag in New York and after having it hang on the door for one day the rubber coating cracked.I mean Really!!!

The purpose of having a garment bag is totally lost if you can't hang it.I have written to Tumi and its been 3 days with no reply.Besides if they send the same quality replacement,how will it help.

Let me know if someone found another durable solution to this problem.
