I also am worried about the parking tab. Any overnight lots near either property in the $25 range? Will be there sat/sunday/monday nights.
You'll get upgraded to RC/GC (at least access) because of your Diamond status.

I'm not sure that there is any parking in the $25/night range. The GH now has a self-parking option about 1/2 block up Sutter (I believe the cost is $36 / night). There is the Sutter / Stockton garage that is diagonally across from the hotel that may be cheaper. For the HR, the one of the garages in the Embacadero Center would probably be cheaper than the the hotel. The area around the HR is "easier" for street parking especially Sat night through Sun night (make sure you're out of the space by the time posted for the space for Monday though).
