Haha I'm actually talking about the inside
The outside is just dirty, nothing more nothing less than other BA aircraft.
But the inside ....
Broken headrests, broken window shades, overhead bins that dont close anymore, IFE that doesnt work, seats are ... just dead, there's not a single piece of plastic that hasnt been severely hit ...

They look so tired I always wonder where these poor things find the energy to take off.
