I believe they are not.

The BAWC flights are operated by GSS(Global Supply Systems£ who operate 3 of the 747-8F dedicated to BA ops.

I believe that some BA pilots can go to GSS on a temporary basis, this was raised fairly recently but can't now find the thread.
