Not with BA unfortunately, I can't think of any directly Avios related transactions that can be done at the airport. However I have booked Avios tickets and MFUs too at very short notice through ba.com (2 hrs?), so you may want to check again. However if it's an existing booking then the cut off seems much earlier.
