They can. On one occasion a rather snooty lady said (no doubt to cheers from many on here ): "I see you're a Silver. I'm not sure about the rules for you. I normally only speak to Golds".

Amusing though it may have been in a kick-yourself-in-the-shins kind of way, it was the start of a slippery slope. YF have not impressed me on a couple of calls I've made recently.
