Hi,

My brother will be travelling from Jeddah to Canada next monthand he has a connecting flight via the London Heathrow Airport. I want to know if he requires a transit visa for such connection. Its only for one and a half hour. He holds a Pakistani Passport and has a 2 year valid Canadian Study Visa. He has never been to Canada or UK before.

Please help.
