The WiFi issue is becoming more of an issue 3 out 4 of my last flights it did not work. I will be cancelling the GoGo monthly.

Regarding the safety briefing...Next time report that to the Captain when you leave and then report to Delta and the FAA. Not something to be taken lightly.
