If FCO is mainly a leisure destination meriting only seasonal service then why hasn't my JFK-FCO upgrade cleared? (18 of 30 seats still open, flight is 4 weeks away).

My ORD-HEL cleared 45 days ahead last year. I will be very disappointed if that route is dropped.
