It was a weekday stay, so the lounge was open and the front desk said the hours which I ignored because to be honest, I never use the lounge on my stays (I know sacrilege on FT). The lounge is closed on the weekends per the hotel website. No idea if they provide coupons. I have a weekend stay in Oct so I will find out then.
