After an extensive search, it was determined that the passenger left Newark for a flight to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, according to the TSA.
So does this mean the pax will be "questioned" when they arrive in CLE?

We've discussed this many times: a passenger who is terminating at CLE and declines to be screened. This is a variation on the theme of returning from OCONUS at an airport with no way to exit except through the terminal and refusing screening.
You can bet I will do it of I'm ever caught up in this idiocy.
