More likely everyone on the plane will have to undergo precautionary screening on arrival (including ID and BP, I'm sure) to ensure that the pax didn't hand something evil off to a fellow pax/conspirator. Pity the poor sod on that flight who somehow manages to lose his/her BP during the flight.

I thought there was a management shake-up not too long ago at EWR that was supposed to help TSA get it together. What is the problem with this airport?
