The bit in bold is enough, never going to happen. VS is like MOL, but they don't actually insult people (not even their own passengers).

As for lounges:
Not viable.

Heathrow is crowded, and it not being built for long connects as standard.
Airports in the middle east, they are operating on different models, have more space to play with, etc.

Also part of their model (the bit to fly longhaul into more regional places) will result in longer connects, etc.

In short, for BA and LHR - Crazy.
