My corporate TA (same TA as the OP - CWT) tickets in the country of departure, unless you specifically ask for something different.

The only difference may be that we have in-house CWT staff, due to the volume of transactions they are processing, I have got to know them quite well. Whether ticketing in country of departure can be adjusted by the centralised CWT centre.
