Yes you do have saving, but not as much as you calculated because you did not figure in the lost points. If you are not P75 you might not lose as much, but for me the additional loss is
$1600 x 6 points (4 for P75 and 2 for AX) - $360 x 2 points (AX) = 8880 points. @28 cents the cost is $247, making your total cost around $1279.
