I feel like Hertz is confused with the Premium class and needs to get their act together. Obviously the Grand Marquis/Crown Victoria days are over and those are going to be phased out (ie the bulk of the premium fleet). The Buick regal is like driving a go-kart with the underpowered 4-cylinder - definately not a premium in my book. I've only had one Maxima and it had no sunroof/leather. The only decent G car i've ever received was an Infiniti G37 sedan out of APF (Naples, FL). I did hear word that they have a couple of Hyundai Genesis floating around here in Florida tagged as G, but they are few and far between.

The Infiniti G37 isn't G... that's Prestige Collection (you got an upgrade ). The current list is (unfortunately) up to date: Buick Lacrosse, Nissan Maxima, Crown Vic/Grand Marquis, Buick Regal, Ford Taurus. Perhaps the Buick Lucerne is G but I don't know for sure. A Genesis for a PCAR would be a real treat. To be perfectly honest I'd take a fully-loaded Impala LTZ (plenty of which exist as YF) over half of the PCAR fleet, although it's by no means worthy of being Premium.

Check out drzoidberg's ride report for the Lacrosse -- he liked it a lot.
