Correct: no upgrades. But that's true of any *A carrier.
IF US & AA merge, and IF the AAdvantage program continues as-is without being gutted by the PHX crew, I'd consider it. But I would imagine that the US program would prevail and AA would become USdbaAA kinda like what we got now.
