too many segments, too many cities - destina disappoints (again)

Just sent this note (again) to destina:

I am still unhappy with the booking engine. There are still major problems:

1. you cannot book by specific fare type (e.g. HLCANADA, LFLEX5W, etc.). This is critical for securing upgradeable flights or flights that you are eligible to standby on.
2. It will not allow 3 segments on one day. I just tried booking YYC-YEG-YYZ-YUL-LHR with YEG-YYZ-YUL-LHR on the same day and it said there were too many segments on the same day. I have had similar problems in the past and made the same comment yet there has been nothing fixed.
3. I just tried doing the same itinerary (YYC-YEG-YYZ-YUL-LHR) on more days, ie only 2 segments per day and I get the error message "Attempted to book a flight to too many cities". I could book this on PTO (now defunct) but not on the "new and improved" destina site.

I would really like a functional booking engine that can handle moderately complex itineraries. You allow 6 segment input but the booking engine can't seem to handle fairly simple itineraries like the one above.

I do this with Travelocity and Expedia too. I am trying to get enough people sending these kind of comments to them that they make a change. It would be helpful (I hope) if others continued to do this to.
