It's been discussed at infinitum - do a search of the forum and you'll find plenty of opinion...
However, the difference between ET and CE is relatively small, they are rather short flights.
By contrast, the difference between WT/WT+ and CW on LH is pretty large. CW over WT/WT+ every time for me.
