I posted my review in #386 about staying here as a gold. Basically we were upgraded from an Ocean view room to a Malia suite. This is an unrenovated suite stuck in the 1970s, but it is huge and the views are amazing. I had not expected this upgrade. If you select the welcome drink as your gold amenity at check-in, it is for a non-alcoholic beverage so I passed on that and took the 250 points instead. The beach is right there in front of you at either hotel. We really liked the adults-only infinity pool though my husband didn't hesitate to go down the slide on the kids side.
