I should add that I've used T5B lounge very often and even prefer it to Flounge. It's quieter and the food is often better for some reason.

I often ask at check-in if they know whether they are expecting the flight to depart from B or C and they usually have an idea. If they say it will then I head straight to B lounge. (Not been burned yet.)
