In the past, I've been able to email the folks that handle credits at AC with an old file # and have them apply the credit to a flight that has already been booked. However, I can't find the email address for the life of me and when I spoke to an agent today, she told me that they don't allow passengers to email regarding credits. After explaining that I've doneit numerous times and just need their email address, she refused and now I'm hoping someone on here has it handy?
