Paid (cash) upgrade on Avios booking
Not sure if this is new and how it works but I was offered, in MMB, a €89 upgrade on an Avios booking from LHR-TXL (my BAEC is in Gerrmany).

This is the first time I have seen this on a redemption booking and wonder what happens with TPs - do you get them or Avios for the paid upgrade?

It appears the flight is very full - only showing 3 seats in ET and 2 in CE.
