In my experience, most customers would rather be charged $20k less than pay for F class fares. And I understand why the person wants to show that he has done a good job doing his job, I just think it is in poor taste to be too blatant about that, or excessive. And most customers think that "if person x can buy a Ferrari because of his commission cheques on my business, then I am overpaying." I think the same logic applies to international F fares.
