I would leave it alone as I doubt that the UA agents know that "R"="Suites." In fact, I doubt that most even know what Suite Class is. So yes, you run the risk that they will try to "fix" things for you by putting you in Biz class (or worse, finding no SQ Biz availability and moving you to UA Biz). Even bigger nightmare, the IT crew will try to "fix" everyone's "R" bookings.
