I think it's a good seat, and if I can't get an upgrade to CW (or if it's a daytime flight where I might not think I'd need the lie flat seat), I appreciate the extra room and seat incline over WT and am willing to pay some premium to get it. I took an AA North American first-class seat from SFO-DFW on Monday, and believe me, the WT+ seat beats that soundly.
