I received a "Be My Guest Certificate" from Hilton Worldwide which is good for one nights complimentary lodging at any Hilton Hotel Worldwide. I tried to redeem it at the Conrad Hilton Dublin and after hours of research by the hotel they phoned me saying my certificate is not valid at Conrad Hilton Hotels. I'm noy kidding this took all day. Can someone tell me if they are correct or misinformed. It is my opinion that a Conrad Hilton is a Hilton hotel making my certificate good at Conrad Hiltons.
