Wow. Is this another change I will like?

Broke my foot literally hours before I was schedule to leave -- toe was going pependicular to my foot -- and I needed to see another doc before I could fly.

No worries. Pushed back business trip by a week or so. Called in, got ticket changed, $250 change fee, waived when I send in documentation.

Now they tell me there is a $50 handling fee to do this? Wow. Was it always like this? That's absurd.
